Step 1: Open Google Chrome
Ensure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome for the best experience.
Step 2: Open Gmail
Go to https://mail.google.com
Sign in with your Gmail account if you're not already logged in.
Step 3: Enable Gmail as the Default Handler
In the address bar, look for a small handler icon (a double diamond symbol).
Click on the icon.
A prompt will appear asking:
“Allow mail.google.com to open all email links?”Select "Allow" and click "Done".
Step 4: If You Don’t See the Handler Icon
If the handler icon does not appear, you can enable it manually:
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Go to Settings.
Scroll down and select Privacy and security.
Click on Site settings.
Under Additional permissions, click Handlers.
Ensure the setting is enabled: "Sites can ask to handle protocols."
Please make sure "Gmail" is set as default.
Step 5: Test the Configuration
In your Numa platform, please try clicking on Share -> Email, Gmail should automatically open with the copied content.
