How to Reset Your Numa Platform Password

Navigate to the Login Page
- Open your web browser and go to the Numa platform login page.
Click on "Forgot Password"
- Look for a link or button that says "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" near the login form.
- Click on this link to start the password reset process.
Enter Your Email Address
- On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your Numa account.
- Double-check to ensure you've entered the correct email address.
Submit Your Request
- Click on the "Reset Password" button to send your request.
Check Your Email
- Open your email inbox and look for a message from Numa.
- This email should arrive within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
- In the email, you'll find the one-time code to change your password.
Create a New Password
- On the password reset page, enter your one-time code.
- On the password reset page, enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password by typing it again.
Save Your New Password
- Click on the "Reset Password" button to confirm your new password.
Log In with Your New Password
- Once your password is successfully reset, you'll be redirected to the login page.
- Enter your email and your new password to access your account.
