AWS Account and User Setup Requirements

1. What type of account, user, or organization setup is recommended?

For optimal integration, we recommend setting up an account within your existing organization structure, where our CloudFormation template can be deployed.

2. What user permissions are required?

Currently, the role created by our CloudFormation template is granted full account access. For this reason, we advise using a separate AWS account. We aim to implement more restrictive permissions as development progresses, though we are still in the early stages of this process.

3. What resources are being deployed into the AWS account?

At this stage, the following resources are created in the AWS account:

• S3 (Storage)
• Cognito (User Pool and Identity Pool)
• IAM (Roles and Policies)
• QBusiness
• Lambda

Additional resources may be introduced as our requirements evolve.
