Frequently Asked Questions around Privacy/Security :

        1. Whats the Privacy policy for this? How will my data be used?

It won’t be used by anyone but you. It’s your data and will only be as public as you want it to be. AWS won’t read the data or use it to train any future models. Below is AWS’s Policy around data and using customer data.

        2. I want to add my private data as a Data Source, but I am concerned about who will have access to that data and how much it will cost to store it?

Our knowledge base is approximately 200KB, and the data itself isn’t duplicated or stored. We can easily index an entire SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive; however, this could lead to unforeseen costs since much of the data may not be relevant to the AI. To avoid this, we recommend creating a dedicated folder within your knowledge base, allowing Data Indexing to read only the files in that folder. This approach helps minimize costs while refining what your AI learns. You can add or remove files from the folder as needed.
